Jacobs Farm was established in July 2002 when we purchased our first ten acres of land in east central Georgia. Today, Jacobs Farm has grown to a 36 acre family farm. Our family left our native home of Atlanta and moved east to pursue rural living with hopes and dreams to rediscover a life of simplicity while establishing some form of small family farming.
